About your Mindfulness Coach - Paul Larmer
When one door closes, another one opens. When Paul Larmer received his rejection letter from medical school, his inner voice told him, “Disease isn’t in the textbooks. Disease is in the people. To understand disease, study people.” This opened the door to Paul’s second education, studying how people’s thoughts and feelings affected their bodies. Paul applies his expertise in counselling, mindfulness, personal training and massage to understand where you are now and take you to where you want to go, with your health and in your life.
Likely the only Reverend and personal trainer you’ll ever meet, Paul is a one-stop shop for true health – mind, body and spirit. In addition to working for LIV North, Paul founded, MindBuilder Meditation Training Institute where he offers stress management, mindfulness, and meditation teacher training to free people from dysfunction and unleash the power of their own unique mind. Paul resides in Calgary where he enjoys exploring the outdoors with his wife and two teenage kids.
